Women's Health Recent studies from the National Institute on Aging have pointed to a variety of safe and commonly available substances that may be protective against age related health problems in women. Two of these are Vitamin E and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen. Further, evidence of Estrogen Replacement Therapy's (ERT) protective effect adds another element to what scientists hope will be an arsenal of substances that could delay or prevent the onset of Alzheimer's and other diseases. |
